Booking made a week ago, cancelled at 6PM Friday night after staying in all evening missing my daughter’s swimming lesson. The mechanic claimed they hadn’t accepted the booking. Pre authorisation payment taken so that’s £150 gone from my amount that I won’t get back for days. Worst of all I won’t get my brakes fixed until after Christmas now, probably not even until next year. Had I known this service was so unreliable I could have gone to a proper mechanic this week instead. The response from clickmechanic? Soz. Cancelled. Bye. No attempt at all to fix the situation. Avoid like the plague.
