They assigned a technician named Paddy Dempsey, trading as Dempire Motors (as documented in the attached photos and videos), drive a BMW as shown. Unfortunately, the technician’s negligent work caused significant distress and over £1,000 in additional expenses. Neither Paddy Dempsey nor ClickMechanic offered any support, and my requests for assistance were met with dismissive and insulting responses. No professional technician should resort to striking a glow plug with a hammer, as this careless action resulted in a broken glow plug. Consequently, the engine now requires stripping, and specialized equipment is needed to remove the damaged component at my own expense. Despite reaching out to ClickMechanic’s founders on LinkedIn, no support was provided. I was left to bear the financial burden, including hundreds of pounds in car rental costs and approximately £1,000 for repairs to fix the damage caused by Paddy Dempsey. I have substantial evidence indicating that ClickMechanic prioritizes their suppliers over customers.
