I had a very disappointing experience with ClickMechanic. While the collection and delivery of my car were handled efficiently, the quality of the oil change service was unacceptable. Immediately after getting my car back, there was an overpowering burnt oil smell inside. Initially, I brushed it off, thinking it might just be lingering from the garage. However, the smell intensified as the engine warmed up, making the drive unbearable. My wife, who was with me, almost vomited because of it. The next day, I inspected the engine bay and found oil had been spilled over the engine during the service — a clear sign of carelessness. As the engine heated up, the spilled oil burned, creating that awful stench, which lingered for days. What made this even worse was the complete lack of accountability. I reported the issue immediately, but the mechanic ignored my messages, and ClickMechanic’s response was equally disappointing. Despite several follow-ups, the mechanic never addressed the complaint, and ClickMechanic kept deflecting responsibility, claiming they’re just a "platform." If something goes wrong, don’t expect proper support or accountability from ClickMechanic. I had hoped for a reliable service, but what I got was negligence and silence. I’d strongly advise others to think twice before booking through them.
