The parts failed after 6 months (starter motor). ClickMechanic stated nothing to do with them. If you look at their website and I quote this is what it displays: 1-year warranty On all parts and repairs However, the reality is very different. The mechanics are all self employed. If your parts fail a week later, your only recourse is back to the original mechanic. If they choose to ignore your call, have changed jobs, are sick, or have left the country, there is absolutely nothing you can do, so you are left with a broken down vehicle and you have to pay all over again new parts and labour. We spent nearly £500 on a new starter motor and clickMechanic just quoted it's between you and the mechanic. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY you are better going to a garage where the parts will have a proper warranty and you can go back if there's a subsequent fault. We are now pursuing through Trading Standards and Mastercard Chargeback. BE WARNED!!!
