I have never felt so degraded in my life like I did on Monday 03.03.2025 early afternoon when visiting your Springs Mall Clickspharmacy to collect my monthly script. An assistant by the name Phakamani Ngwane lacks respect for people’s (MY) privacy. The way i was treated left me feeling disrespected. In medical and pharmacy settings, confidentiality and customer service are crucial. I tried to let this go but till today on a Wednesday night feel frustrated that as a customer my expectations weren’t met. After giving him my collection slip, he went on to ask what am I there to collect, mind you at his highest tone. Is that how things are done at your store? What I know is that once a patient/customer has provided proof of identity an assistant checks on their records and confirms. But not Mr Ngwane, I’m not sure whether he was trying to put on a show or what, even a customer on the next cubicle was shocked that is it allowed for them to ask what one is there to collect instead of checking. I have experience is this industry and people like him don’t deserve to serve our people. People collect chronic/private meds and expect to be treated with dignity. Never judge others by how they look at a particular time. If I was a different race he wouldn’t have dared. Take him for training as he lacks manners and needs to tone down his attitude when dealing with people.
