Last week Sunday I went to Clicks Quaggasrand Pretoria west I never felt so small the cashier who helped she was full of herself with this bad attitude, I asked her about 3 for 2 special for kiddie's mini production if the kiddies foam bath is included ,she didn’t even answer me she just went to pick up that pricing paper and showed me with that look of “read here you fool.” So I asked her who should I ask if I’m not sure about the product if not you she said “I don’t know “Fortunately enough for her I forget her name.

I would like to thank Sipho at Kwagga Mall( Empumalanga) for the excellent customer service. I needed to buy S26 Gold but I didn’t find it on the shelf, as I was paying the item he was friendly, easy to communicate with and I told him I needed the S26 Gold but I couldn’t find it on the shelf he said” can you please wait for me here I am going to check it at the store room”. He came back with it and I also paid. We really need staff members like Him ⭐️⭐️

The pharmacy they do not answer my call the order the medicine and they asked me to phone 3 days ahead so that they can order it, and every month my my packed medicine is not the ready they send me a sms, but then it is half way done. Clicks Cape Gate is a pharmacy where you stand quite a long time in the queue

I have never felt so degraded in my life like I did on Monday 03.03.2025 early afternoon when visiting your Springs Mall Clickspharmacy to collect my monthly script. An assistant by the name Phakamani Ngwane lacks respect for people’s (MY) privacy. The way i was treated left me feeling disrespected. In medical and pharmacy settings, confidentiality and customer service are crucial. I tried to let this go but till today on a Wednesday night feel frustrated that as a customer my expectations weren’t met. After giving him my collection slip, he went on to ask what am I there to collect, mind you at his highest tone. Is that how things are done at your store? What I know is that once a patient/customer has provided proof of identity an assistant checks on their records and confirms. But not Mr Ngwane, I’m not sure whether he was trying to put on a show or what, even a customer on the next cubicle was shocked that is it allowed for them to ask what one is there to collect instead of checking. I have experience is this industry and people like him don’t deserve to serve our people. People collect chronic/private meds and expect to be treated with dignity. Never judge others by how they look at a particular time. If I was a different race he wouldn’t have dared. Take him for training as he lacks manners and needs to tone down his attitude when dealing with people.

I would like to thank Sarah from clicks leaping frog for her amazing customer service .Went in not knowing what I really needed for my skin but she guided me all the way and left with 7 products that am really happy with .What a bubbly lady very knowledgeable on products and her customer service is exceptional .

Very unhappy. Twice in a row I have had poor service at Clicks Observatory. Is it normal to have 1 pharmacist on duty at 4pm?

I see the product I need is online available. My problem is: why should I pay to get an online order deliver at the store if the store is probably negligent in the first place to ensure the stock is on the shelves??

Well I had the pleasure to be assisted by a Young enthusiastic gentleman Millicent Molakeng and Stella Whitby I was checking out and the interaction and customer experience from these two individuals was phenomenal,very deamor very mindful,I was so surprised that even the cleaning lady stopped to help me with the vitamins I needed she called Stella on my behalf to ensure I had what I wanted this was the clicks in Pinecrest center in pinetown,clicks corporate please recognize these individuals how they represent the brand clicks is well deserving of a corporate star ⭐

I visited clicks chatsworth center make up counter. Jacqueline was so patient and interested in assisting me . She tried on 3 different foundations until I was happy wid the cover . And I went to Dischem first but the makeup counter assistant was not as helpful and to think the Maybeline foundation was on sale at Dischem but I purchased it at Clicks Thank u Jacqueline and clicks for excellent service

There's a cashier at Thabong Shopping center in the vaal called Evodia Letube, she's so friendly and welcoming. Great with assisting. Keep up the Good work!!

I have been trying for more than a year to get my sms notification to collect my chronic fro. Clicks. Today I approached the pharmacy manager with my knee in a brace and one days medication left in my dispenser, her reply was " sorry we can't help you" ZZGoodbye

Clicks highveld mall 18 January 2025. The cleaner mopping the floor with a (dry) mop passed me 3 times and every time I was the one who had to stop shopping, move out the way and continue. 4th time I said she must please go around me at which she stopped stared at the floor for a while then continued to push past me, bumping me in the process. I said to her to not bump me again and what happened to the days when customers could shop and personnel wait for them to pass!!! Now the customers have to stop, wait, stop wait... she then went to the manager and complained that I told her to go around me. I could see confrontation and possible a scene unfolding, so I gave my full basket to the manager and left the store Not only the irritation in shopping, but shelves are marked incorrectly and out of stock. I will not shop at this branch again due to principle. Will go to Ben Fleur or Saveways Crescent. Thank you Please Clicks, when training staff it contracted staff, teach them to also respect the customers who are shopping with limited time... How hard is that?!

O thing Clivks at the crossing Mall Mokopane, do not even derserve a 1 rating. If I really have to rate them it will be -5. This morning I went to Clicks to buy magnesium, while I was there an employee at the shelf behind me was loudly used Jesus name in vain. A litlle later on one of the ladies in a white iniform working at the pharmacy side, shout out Jesus name two to three times. Seems for me the employees does have any respect for the bible, God or Christians.

Visited three branches of Clicks and they had no stock of the items that I wanted, so I went to their website and found the required items but ordering them it was impossible for me to complete the transaction as despite three tries my debit cards were refused despite sufficient funds being in both accounts. Very disappointing!

im giving clicks online a one star rating only because a zero is not a option.....absolutely pathetic service so online item shows in stock so i ordered that item x 3 specifically and one other small item to round off amount .next day i receive a email that the main items i ordered are out of stock this is a month ago still no refund i called four times since and still such poor communication i wouldnt advise anyone to buy online such a waste of time ,money very bad

Can't even find the product i bought in store online to review. Pathetic👌 worst turkish delight I've seen in my life. Packaging and quality looks like it is from temu, but at clicks price. Funny that the images also wont upload. clicks is a load of crap🤣
