I had the good fortune of having Daniel take my online query. I was after a replacement part and Daniel went above and beyond to assist me. His time and effort far outweighing the cost of the part! It was like a breath of fresh air, old fashioned service that continued even after I received my part. I couldn't get the hands back on to the spindle so Daniel came to the rescue again. The clock is back up on the wall running smoothly. Need help - ask for Daniel!!!
