My only feed back to improve your service to your customers would be this… Upon purchase of a watch, ensure the watch and date has been set to the correct time. My old boss would always ensure his staff did this. By doing this the customer does not question whether the watch is working correctly when they open it. . Mine was not set correctly therefore I had to reset it and then check again to ensure it was working ok. I think this small gesture gives peace of mind when opening the package and also shows attention to detail from the person who posted it. Also within a short amount of time the chain on the watch has faded very quickly. My purchase was a 21st birthday gift and he loved it! Thanks again.
