I spoke with Kate on the phone regarding the order I thought I had placed the day before. It seems I did not complete the order and in discussions with Kate realised I had ordered a clock movement which would not have been suitable for my project. With her directions, I have now ordered the correct one plus hands to suit (which I had forgotten about) so my experience has now been a happy one, thanks to Kate and her patience.
