Thank you ClockShop, the clock hung on the kitchen wall for many years apart from a battery was no trouble at all. Then one morning I gazed up to take in the time, shocked, horror it had stopped. A battery will fix it I thought, but no not this time. I knew in a second what to be done, after a minute online and it was quite clear, the ClockShop was the key, to once again hearing the chime. Thank you, it's now keeping the perfect time.
