Well the parts and service is a1 as I'm a cuckoo collector and some times get cuckoo clocks mechanical that are missing parts and have always been able to find the parts I need from the Clock shop ,, so will continue shopping with the Clock shop ,, There range of new parts is extensive,, The only thing is the postage for small orders could be a bit cheaper as no 1 wants to pay more for postage than what the parts are worth ,, Other than that a1
