The staff provided an exceptional experience, where nothing was too difficult for them to manage.
Unfortunately, into the equation came Australia Post with it's less than desirable lack of care where parcel delivery is concerned. We've all seen TV images of disgraceful throwing of parcels across lawns and parcels left in unsafe places by drivers. My valuable clock was left somewhere adjacent to my building and the required signature was that of the driver. It is intolerable that such a company is allowed to continue to operate.
