Wonderful to have all the parts needed to repair my 80 year old Cockoo clock, but was disapointed at the extreme price to get a very small part mailed locally $14 is to high.. I had to drive to the shop twice for a extra clock chain as I thought it said a pair which would have cost me $28 in mail altogether.. a normal letter would have been more than big enough for such a small items .. otherwise a wonderful website and shop.
