My parents bought a cuckoo clock in Germany in 2008 and recently the cuckoo stopped working. Mum called them for advice as she dearly wanted to have their beloved clock working again. We live over 2 hours away and the gentleman on the phone was fantastic. We ended up driving down to Montville with their cuckoo clock the following week and met the same gentleman, Angus, who was so incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, thorough and kind. He explained how the clock works and what was ailing. Not only did we leave with their clock in perfect working order but we were completely in awe at how beautiful the service was.
