I own both the hydrology9 and the atomic9. The hydrology9 while a lot of fun to use has some issues with water leaking at times and occasionally finding its way into the airpath at the bottom of the unit making it a bit challenging to clean each use and more for special occasions. The Atomic9 has none of these limitations, and I was surprised with just how smooth and cool the vapor is. I enjoy how open of a "pull" the atomic9 offers while keeping the hit very smooth and cool. I'd trade my hydrology9 for a second atomic9.
