“Design and color are awesome. Love the magnetic features. Wanted to give 5 stars but the light feature doesn't work and there is no locking mechanism so I rigged one to keep it closed.”

“Amazing company with simple but high quality products. Most or all have been modular and the Nx is my go to for my mainstay flower piece. The carti 9 is also quite nice.”

“I have had mine for 2-3 yrs. The first year it worked great but then slowly it stopped holding a charge so they sent me a new battery and that failed after a month or so they sent me another new battery and that failed after a month or so and they sent me another battery. In short, I’ve had five batteries and now the fifth one is dead also. Very frustrating. Would not recommend.”

“As usual, you deliver as advertised. Much more pleasant experience vaping with this. It really enhanced the flavor experience with no coughing. Only downside is that when the vape itself tastes like 💩, it enhances the flavor.”

“This is my third purchase from them. Now I have all of their smoke devices. It’s wonderful how they remove the harshness from the smoke. I could never get the hang of gummies. While my Carti9 is new and I haven’t needed customer service I am confident that is needed I’d receive the same outstanding customer service I’ve previously received. Great customer service.”

“I purchased the cloudiou 9nx after owning an original cloudious9. I had some issues at first, which honestly was more a misunderstanding on my part and some pent up frustration from the original. This is a 1000 times better than the original, all the cleaning issues have been addressed. It can also be loaded without having to turn it upside down. I always vape flower, but today tried "crumble" in the dab thing. Holy Cow that was amazing and so easy to use. This is the cloudious theory should have built first. I own a pax3, storz and bickel crafty, volcano and plenty as well as a davinci iqc2 and the cloudious9nx is now my daily driver.”
