Great Product Great Service. I purchased my first Cloudious in 4/20. It is a superlative product. Gone is the harshness on my throat and there is not a lot of smoke. When I had a problem with my device customer support was right there with help. I bought two more devices for Christmas gifts although I kept one of these for myself. I left them in my car overnight in 20 degree weather. They wouldn't work. So I contacted customer support and after a submission of videos they sent me not one but 2 of the battery units. These folks have provided the best customer service this side of Apple ( I think Apple care is the best). I heartily recommend the product and the company.
