This is one of the best purchases I have made. No harshness on my throat. When I had difficulty with the Cloudious ( my fault not a product defect) the customer support was all I could have wished for. I bought 2 more for christmas gifts. After I left my 2 devices in my car overnight in 20 degree weather they wouldn't work correctly. I thought stupidity probably voided my warranty. They were wonderful. They asked for videos to show them the problem and they sent me not one but two battery units with no charge. I just received those. I was so pleased I came here to write a positive review and saw they have a new model. I bought it. Strongly recommend. Thank you for such a great product.
