The overall construction is good but the design is extremely poor. Within 4 uses the "anti-leak air flow" plastic tube had a section full of unused concentrate. The atomizer coil began to lose power after 2 power cycles. The battery only lasts about 8 to 9 red sessions before dying. The magnetic charger feels pointless without a wire being built in. Why not just have a USB c port there instead? The dab tool holder implies you'll be using the device with it attached but makes little sense to unplug when it disconnects so easily. There are a lot of other devices on the market now with much higher functions. And the atomizer coil being exposed makes it feel very fragile. Also, the support on the backend is very weak. I have to spend $50 for a new atomizer that comes with several unneeded parts. The buckets would have been nice to buy separately as well.
