Amazing customer service! I had purchased an Atomic9 vaporizer from a store that did not work at all. It wouldn’t charge and had no light indicators turn on at all. I reached out to the customer support and told them what had happened. They responded to my email within 24 hours and I had a new one shipped to me with a tracking code. I was shocked at how quickly they responded and the problem was solved. I will be purchasing from the company again and I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much!
