My first one was great at first but it started to have some airflow issues after a few months, it eventually got unbearable so I reached out to support and wish i did weeks earlier, they were incredibly helpful! They assured me it was a problem with the device and that I would have a new one shipped out to me asap it'll be here tomorrow and I'm beyond thrilled to have a functional one again.
