I purchased this as a replacement for a water pipe I used daily. I’m a fairly heavy user, so i decided that i also wanted to have a healthier experience and I actually really like this device, but there’s a lot of drawbacks. Almost everything mentioned on the website is accurate except for the battery life and heating capacity. The battery life is pretty poor. They claim it lasts 10 sessions, but in reality it’s like 3 sessions of 5-6 mins each and then you have to put it back on the charger for 2 and half hours. Another issue I’ve been having is my bowl is burning out way to quickly. I used to own a volcano, and that bowl would last for almost 30-40 mins. Although the bowls not as deep as the volcano, I expected at least 15-20 mins from each session I had, not 15 minutes total and then battery dead. I’ve tried all the temperature settings and the bowl just burns up too quickly for the amount of herb you put in. My water pipe packs a lot less herb and still does the job better than the vape, which uses even more herb. The herb capacity needs a major overhaul. Overall it’s a good product. It does exactly what it says, but it needs a lot more improvement towards the battery. If you’re looking to replace your daily water pipe or use this as a party device, I would not recommend this product. It’s just not going to work in a group setting or for a heavy user like me. But if you just want to have an healthier option in general and aren’t a heavy user and mostly smoke by yourself, then I would recommend it as the battery and herb capacity may not be that big of a deal for you.
