Initially my vaporizer was not sent with its case, but upon arrival the Hydrology9 has become my go-to vaporizer. I am moderately displeased with the battery life, I find that it goes through 10-15 cycles before needed a 3-5 hour recharge. Don’t get me wrong, that’s a good number of cycles. I am just a heavy user and would appreciate a longer battery life or a shorter charge time. All said, I absolutely love this device and, even with a comment on battery life, I give 5 of 5
