I go back to call chronopost because the delivery was taken care of by them, although the parcel was handed over to DPD by the sender, Chronopost informs me that I must then contact the sender to launch a dispute, I am therefore contacting you on 10/09/2020 (request n 40108), I receive a response asking me to provide more information, to check with my neighbors if they had not received the parcel, something I had already done, and turned out to be negative, I send you back the dispute file sent by you, and sign on my honor that I have not received this parcel, I should have received a return from your leaves on 09/18/2020 as indicated in your email, not having received anything I decide to relaunch on 09/21/2020, I start again on 09/25/2020, then on 10/01 / 2020, on 02/10/2020 I finally receive a response telling me that the delivery man has been interviewed and that you have valid proof that the package has been delivered, and that you will not be unable to process a refund, I am responding to this email on 10/02/2020, specifying that this is not valid proof for me, and insist that I never received the package, relaunch it on 10/04/2020 because in the meantime I called DPD who confirmed to me that I had never received a complaint on this subject,
I never had a return to my email from 04/10/2020, in the meantime I decided to go through paypal on 08/10/2020, I received the same email as that of 01/10/2020, without always getting given more details, proof that a dispute has been opened, I therefore respond on 10/09/2020 by reminding that I have contacted DPD, and chronopost and that they confirm that they have no open dispute on this subject, I am relaunching on 10/18/2020, replying to me on 10/19/2020 with an automatic email exactly the same as that of 10/01/2020 and that of 10/8/2020. It's been almost 2 months that I have been fighting with Club L London, to have the money that is owed to me, I have never received this package and I do not find it normal that I am not reimbursed, I cannot find not that normal either that one continues to answer me with automatic mails, without at any time trying to find a solution, I ask you for the last time after having called chronopost and DPD a lot of times, to contact them directly in order to settle this dispute with them, they made it clear to me that it is not valid proof to say that the package has been left in the mailbox, that they can not do anything without the sender contacting them not, I spent 2 months doing your job, i.e. trying to figure out what happened with this package, and you spent 2 months sending me back the same explanation, it's lamentable , I have never seen such terrible customer service.
