Dress order arrived fairly quickly and size was good. The dress quality is not great for a CAD$250 dress. Once it arrived, I decided to try it on and the thin, poorly made zipper completely broke. I have bought it for my bridal shower and sadly I can not wear it. I reached out to customer service and they offered to replace the same item however; I would be receiving the same defaulted product/zipper. Then they offered me a $30 refund, on a $250 dress? Sadly, nowadays; $30 is not even enough to cover the cost to replace a zipper. I even paid quite a bit for duties (CAD$76 for duties alone) and at the end I am left to pay for the zipper myself. I am extremely disappointed.
