The company is awful. You might as well send money to a charity at least it will be sent to good people rather than these sharks! I spent over £300 with them all items were poor quality so I tried to return them the same day I received them. There was no one to speak to from customer service as the online portal for returns was broken, I then realise they don’t have one in customer services!!! Getting a refund is impossible. I have binned the clothes as they were unwearable and have learn a big lesson! Beware of this company. It is awful to deal with, I don’t think they have any staff. Checkout the reviews from staff that have worked there before. Sounds like a disaster.
