The only reason i am giving 3 starts is because the dress itself it was beautiful. The send me a dress for my baby shower with a defect i couldn't fix myself luckily i had someone to fix for me . And the defect even that it was obvios it was at the top of the zipper where my hair goes so it could be covered. I was really annoyed because it was an inconvenience for me been heavily pregnant getting this fix when i paid for this dress and express delivery on top of it. Not cheap it should have come in great condition. When i contacted them i never heard anything back. So not great customer service. When sending items you should carefully check some ppl might not have the time to fix it like i did.
