I order from club london all of the time for any dress events. I ordered the same dress in 2 sizes to send one back . I was in hospital so was unable to send it back so day 16 i asked if i could post back and exchange as i understood i was 2 days over. They didnt want to help at all. I wasnt asking for a refund. Just a credit note or to exchange. Really bad customer service for a loyal customer. They still have the same dress selling full price so really could not u derstamd the problem over 2 days!!
