Rude customer service. I wanted to change out the color on a dress I had paid over 100 dollars for. I had the dress for a month, never worn, and the tags are still on it. We were told we were having a boy but it turns out we are having a girl. I wanted to exchange the dress for a pink color for my baby shower.
I received an incredibly rude response about "drawing a line" in the sand when it came to returns outside a 14 day window. Absolute garbage customer service.
