I order a dress from this site for the first time and must say I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with their service!!!! First of all they sent the wrong size dress and I needed the dress for a wedding. Shipping took longer than their expected arrival time, so I waited almost 3 weeks and now I’m out of a dress because they sent the wrong size. The return is sooo complicated and a hassle! They are charging all these fees to return an item which was their error to begin with. Basically they wanted me to pay an extra $45 to send it back when they messed up. This is not acceptable at all. I will never order from this site again!!!! Horrible!
