I recently bought some swimwear from Club L's beautiful Serata collection. Having checked the size chart, I decided to order the same swimwear items in two different sizes as I'm sort of in-between sizes. My parcel arrived promptly via DPD express next-day delivery and I was delighted with the bikini set I'd ordered. I love the colour (bronze) and the unique, on-trend style (high-waist bottoms and ruched top). Also, the price at £65 for the set is very reasonable given the high quality and finish of the outfit. However, I did need to send one size back (the smaller set as it happened) and that was easily done following Club L's returns instructions. I have since received email confirmation that my return has been received and that my refund is being processed. I also made a customer service enquiry about points/rewards on my Club L account and that was also answered promptly, clearly and cheerfully. A great online shopping experience!
