Quality of the clothes is 2nd to none I love their dresses and have had lots.
The last two orders have left me disappointed as one of the dresses had faulty stitching down the back so had to be returned.
As the Premier customer, I never look at delivery as I assumed, as before it was next day delivery, so the dresses didn’t arrive for my party. Partly my fault.
I re-ordered the dress again It ticked for next day delivery and it took more than two days! DHL delivered my dress, normally they leave it in a cupboard and leave me a calling card.
He put the dress in the side cupboard, took a photo with the door closed, then opened the door, removed the parcel and took it with him. (Video evidence)
I received an email asking me to arrange alternative delivery. Saying the parcel Needed a signature ????
No calling card was left.
I have never had to do this before with this company. I’m not sure what’s changed. it puts me off ordering anything for a special event as I still do not have the dress and it’s three days since I ordered it.
Normally I would give a five star review, as the company have been amazing in the past. Just disappointed recently
