I ordered two dresses recently for my Christmas work party. Both dresses arrived promptly and were stunning - just not right for the event! I originally decided to keep one of them, but quickly realised that I should have returned it alongside the other dress. I reached out to the customer services team via Instagram and spoke with a lady called Chloe who was so helpful and sorted my return out straight away.
