I was instructed twice collection etc management not to take orders from your company due that she had mental status can not make any decisions. I paid twice from previous orders she made but this ti.e intrupted her while she made the last order I talked to the person in the same time she was given the order but the sale person told me he can't cancel the order,it been processed and you going to shipped to you,I explained to that person that note not to accept any order from my wife.but there no way to cancel the order I received the order I talked to assistant cus. Manger after struggling she said I will mail you return stamp to return but I have to pay $11.99. This force to buying, the law allow you to cancel any agreement within limit time. This company have to be investigating by fedral and state trade commissions and also by the US and the state general attorney. I will do my best to contact these above organizations.
