“Do not order from this company unless you want to throw your money away if you don't like what you ordered. Amazon is a much better option. Amazon has a policy that if you are not satisfied you can return the item no questions asked and no fee. But not this company. If the item is unsatisfactory they will send you a return label after jumping through stupid hoops, but it will cost you $11.99 of your refund. The products are of low quality and should only be ordered if you're not looking for longevity. Their customer service is terrible. When you try to put an email in their system to get a return label, their system told me multiple times after putting in several different email addresses that I needed to put in a valid email address. So you get stuck emailing them. Then they respond by saying they will send a return label within 24 hours and it's from an email you can not reply to. Four days later I had to email them again through the previous email address and then they claimed they couldn't find the order. It is an exercise in circular reasoning and circular excuses. Beware of ordering from them!”
“Placed order online, 15 minutes later tried to change or cancel the order. Told I can't cancel but can return entire order once it is recieved. Cost $11.99 plus tax for return label to return, only because they wouldn't cancel the order. The statement 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is a big joke.

“I was instructed twice collection etc management not to take orders from your company due that she had mental status can not make any decisions. I paid twice from previous orders she made but this ti.e intrupted her while she made the last order I talked to the person in the same time she was given the order but the sale person told me he can't cancel the order,it been processed and you going to shipped to you,I explained to that person that note not to accept any order from my wife.but there no way to cancel the order I received the order
I talked to assistant cus. Manger after struggling she said I will mail you return stamp to return but I have to pay $11.99.
This force to buying, the law allow you to cancel any agreement within limit time.
This company have to be investigating by fedral and state trade commissions and also by the US and the state general attorney. I will do my best to contact these above organizations.”
“My wife ordered a pair of shoes that had a Velcro closure that didn't close.
I called for a return label which they told me would reduce my refund by $11.25.
So this scammer sent me bad mdse and charges me with a long distance phone call to ask for a return label and charges me for the label, too.

Called customer service to return one of the items which was never opened, was told I would have to pay the $11.95 shipping. Ridiculous! It was not my fault they had a computer issue. “I placed an order with Collections Etc and wanted to put it on a Visa debit card my son gave me for Christmas. I noticed they were putting it on my regular credit card which I didn't want to do but there was nowhere else I could correct it. I immediately called and told the person named Adam I wanted to put it on a debit card and he said it wouldn't be possible because the order was being processed. I said that's a bunch of baloney, I just placed the order. I ask to talk to his supervisor and he said she will tell you the same thing. I failed to get the supervisor's name but she said the same thing. I told her I wanted to cancel the order and she said that wouldn't be possible. Between this bad service and telling you "free service" and then charging for handling which is as much as shipping, I'm fed up with this company and will no longer purchase from them. They don't value their customers.”

I could never get a definitive response from the woman to whom I spoke, and was instead barraged with a series of offers, discounts, and various sales pitches on other items in which I had no interest. I finally had to interrupt the woman to repeat my reason for calling and to indicate that unless I could place my order, I was going to hang up She ignored me, at which time I ended my call. I do not plan to ever order anything from Collections.”
