Arby’s Store #1581 in Florence, SC did a terrible job with our drive through order on Saturday, September 14th 2024.
We ordered 2 meals, a #2 regular and a #11 large. The fries were both regular size and so cold it was like they were made yesterday. They were inedible so it wasn’t too big of a deal that the containers were half full. Both of our drinks had no ice. The gyro had only meat and sauce, there was nothing else on it and it’s supposed to come with lettuce and tomato and onion. My roast beef sandwich was cold as well.
We will not be back.
