The fill-in form on the website is very simple and straightforward to use. My only gripe would be that in he contact details it would be better to be able to say which method (phone or email) is preferable for removal companies to get in touch. They all phoned rather than emailed which wasn't convenient as I can't take the calls whilst I'm at work - email is much easier to use.
