Took WAAAAYYYY too long to get a quote sorted (tried 7 times with the online portal - which is a nightmare!!!).
Once I got chatting with Lucy (LR1) I eventually got what I needed - albeit after some significant up selling of more products and services!
I am not under the illusion that LR1 is human but it all just goes to show that moving everything to chat bots andAI is not the answer - we still need humans to sort out problems that vary from the script...
