I received a renewal which had almost doubled so called to query this and review. I have not had any claims at all. I was dealt with by KT/1. She reviewed my details and lowered the renewal quote so I asked for that to be sent through. She didn't send anything through. She did however just send an email saying my new contract was to start on the effective date. No details of the price or cover were ever sent. I called again to query this ands spoke to a male who said he could see what had happened and would send the quite. This never arrived. I sent an email to KT/1 explaining all the above and that due to this I wanted to cancel my renewal. KT/1 just sent email saying I had to call between office hours. I replied to email, again requesting she cancel my renewal but was cut short with an email response referring to previous one and ending with "I cannot communicate about this anymore." Poor customer service. Poor response to contact. Too many mistakes. Certainly won't be renewing and sadly would not recommend based on my experience. I would add that following this review and my email, One Call did call me and apologise and try to better the quote. They did accept that the service did fall below the expected standard and would address any staff training issues. This aspect was managed professionally and apology accepted. They could quite match a comparison site quote however so not renewed.
