Actual insurance quotes etc and renewals letters etc were very good.BUT on cancelling my insurance with only 3 payments to go approx £108 I was charged £55 and half of my final payment even though I cancelled on Jan 2nd ....they took £17 of my Jan 6th instalment even like I said I cancelled on the 2nd so £72 in total when I've been a loyal customer without a claim in 5-6 years.not sure I will use again just because of this ridiculous charge just because my car packed up.this is how all insurance companies make their profit.nothing for being loyal.
