The issue I have is that you have to use chat. I have poor Internet so the chat system kept dropping off and I didn't know if I was still in the queue. Mackensie realised the issue and called me back after chat messages from me asking if we were still connected. Very poor of a company to rely solely on chat, expecting good Internet connections everywhere. I tried to connect on a Friday and took my business elsewhere because my connection kept dropping while I was in the queue.
