KT1 efficiently solved the problem we had with the renewal quote.
The price quoted had increased to an amount that was unacceptable.
In the end KT1 reassessed the price which compared favourably with other quotes we had obtained through a comparison site.
We were going to cancel until KT1 came up with the revised premium, but in the end saved a little cash.
Don’t know how One Call got the renewal price wrong in the first place!!🤔
