Waited 6 mins to get to front of queue but, managed to sort out my log on issue with the portal. Then I asked about a policy that wasn't on the portal, forwhich I had to be passed to customer services - another 16 min wait, only to be informed that I needed to ring the commercial department. Rang them and got the answer I was after.
What is the point of having a portal without all my policies on it?
I have now been emailed and asked if I would like to go paperless - as ALL my policies are on the portal.
Obviously, I wont be doing that as not all my policies are on the portal......
