long story tried to get a quote to change my vehicle mid term - impossible all i got through to were bots, who wouldn't put me through to a live person, didn't understand what i wanted and took for ever to to reply. on 1 occasion a 50+ min call disconnected me. i therefore tried any phone number- you try it i searched everywhere and the only phone number was for an accident report, and they were more unhelpful than the bot and had no number either. so with the cost escalating out of control with my time rather than me working i placed the business elsewhere. i have today tried once more and live chat with MW7 who i have to say was very helpful, no lag and is sorting out some refund - if i could have spoken to someone or if i had spoken to MW7 back in NOVEMBER you may still have had a customer, one that would have told a very different story. The funny thing is that just below this review it says how did you communicate with the company - live chat, e mail, TELEPHONE(i wish) or not applicable.
