I have been a One Call customer for my car insurance for many years. This morning I received an email telling me that my monthly direct debit had defaulted and that my policy was due to be cancelled. This was the first that I was aware of this matter. I attempted to find my direct debit details within the website portal, but I could not find anything. I tried to find a telephone number to call, but I could not find anything apart from Emergencies and Claims. I then tried to use the Chat, which on 3 occasions the chat cut out after the initial message from an agent, each chat after a long wait. I eventually, after 2 hours of trying, had a Chat with Tommy M who was most helpful, quickly dealt with the issue, resolved the matter in a courteous and friendly way, so top marks to Tommy M.
