I have spent 3 days trying to get through to chat box to change my insurance for a new van. I eventually got my call answered only to be told I had to ring and speak to someone instead. What a waste of time.
However I eventually got to speak to an actual person and eventually got everything sorted. Thankyou EK2. You were most helpful but only wish I could have spoken to you to begin with.
