Took out and paid for my new Motorcycle Insurance on Monday 17th March. Had some dificulty validating my account, but that could have been my fault. No documents had been attached to my account or emailed over by Thursday 20th.
Went online for a web chat.I was asked had I paid? Gave them the payment reference details. Recived a message saying that the payment details had been sent to the validation team for checks, which could take 30 mins and not to use the vehicle until I had comformation that the policy was live! Good job I actually don't need the policy to be live until Saturday 22nd! Incredibly slow process. The main thing Gabriel GG1 really seemed most interested in was wining a competition for the best advisor. She may well be, and she did resolve the problem, but this was not a good start on behalf of One Call.
