The agent I spoke to was I'd LE6. The option to have a call back without losing my position in the queue worked well and was very convenient. The lady was pleasant, polite, helpful and clear although also being from Yorkshire myself may have helped. I rang to make sure the policy didn't autorenew prior to using a cashback and comparison website. The lady offered to requote and after confirming some details she was able to offer a discount which I accepted and saved myself having to enter lots of details. I now have renewed cover, a discount and half my life back from not having to chase alternative cover. I have not needed to make a claim, so am unable to comment on that, but the renewal service I received was very good.
