Copart is a dirty company that doesn't even hide it.
I was bidding on a vehicle recently that I was winning. It was a "pure sale" so, it had no reserve, and if you were the highest bidder at the end of the auction it was yours. Period. Well, less than 10 hours before the gavel fell, the listing was pulled and relisted immediately.
When I called their customer support they basically said: it want making enough money, so they pulled it.
It is a dirty business that apparently artificially hikes the price up.
