My daughter was in an accident and CoParts offered $1,559.50 for the car, when we transferred title, the sent a check for $1,250.00 saying my daughter agreed to that amount. They refuse to accept the original offer and say my daughter agreed to the lower amount. Not sure who would ever agree to that, but they refuse to pay the amount agreed upon at start. Very shady company, feels like a bait and switch and they will always tell you Customer Service is there priority, there is no follow through to the statement. Read indeed job reviews to see how they treat their employees, not a reputable company.
